Portal philosophy of technology and environmental philosophy Welcome to the philosophy of technology portal of the Society for Philosophy and Technology (SPT). This portal provides an overview of the international interdisciplinary areas of research in which the SPT and its members are involved. The aim of this portal is to provide information on international interdisciplinary research in the humanities with regard to emerging technologies, environmental issues, and global change. The intention is to serve undergraduates, graduate students, professors and professionals in the public or commercial sector, nationally and internationally. This portal is established and sponsored by the 3TEP project of the University of Twente, Colorado School of Mines, and the University of North Texas. The three refers to the three universities and TEP refers to Technology and Environmental Philosophy. The 3TEP project is financed by the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO).
